Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a steel industry Consultant in New Delhi. The Consultant will be responsible for:


Preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and threats affecting clients' businesses.
Develop strategic plans, business models, and growth strategies to help clients achieve their objectives and maximize shareholder value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business processes, operations, and performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate strategic planning workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and generate innovative ideas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to provide insights and recommendations.



Qualifications
Master's degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
or
Bachelors Degree in Metallurgy / Mining / Mechanical / Chemical / Mineral Processing

Skills
Knowledge of the steel industry and market trends
Report preparation and excellent MS office skills
Analytics and research skills
Proficiency in Statistical tools
Strong problem-solving skills
Client management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
About 2 -3 years of work experience in a professional services firm or think-tank or economic research or metals & mining company related to steel industry
